G'day Chap's, i thank you again for prompting my memory

, over the last couple of day's i knew i had an answer to my thought's of running a second battery but for the life of me could not remember anything, i think what might have made it worse in the end was people mentioning the amperage of cable that should be used

.
As i would have mentioned in many of my post's figures or be it numbers have a habit of confusing me so i usually go by the thickness of the cable or strands of wire as the case maybe, i used to have a board before my big move with different thickness of wire fixed to it, all had the relevant amperage's marked next to it and what they were used for

, as you might have guessed it is in a safe place so i suppose i will make another just to be on the safe side but then i will remember

.
What prompted me to do the above

,while rewiring my 24 volt 109 i found a quite stout screw driver blown in half in a shunt box

, it turn's out the person i got it off wanted to fit a CB-Radio and interior light in the cab so he went in the shunt box for a power take off point

apparently shorting the screwdriver while messing around nearly deafened him. He was that shocked he even left the two parts of the screwdriver inside the shunt box then decided 24volts were not for him and i ended up with a 109

.
Unfortunately my memory is leaving me

and i have trouble remembering what i did yesterday ,however what i did fifty years ago is not a problem which is frustrating to say the least, i guess to much

is catching up with me

. Catch you later. R-Rose
