Post by jerryd » Wed Nov 28, 2012 1:57 pm

It looks like Robin has missed this wild weather in Perth :aaagh: as he should be in Tassie by now.

Hope you are okay Jock and not been affected by it

Yep, we missed it

We arrived in Hobart on Monday and we've had temps of up to 30C today :gold:

Must phone my cousin is the South of Perth to check she's ok.

And yes, I hope Jock is ok :tiphat:

Cheers,
Robin.

Thanks guy's, still kicking, but it sure blew high winds and plenty of rain, we sure need the rain but not all in the one day, a few mates are getting ready for trips at christmas, but had to do a few extra cleanup chores first, and would you beleve it's to be 37 degrees to-day, and high fire alert... stay safe... Glad to hear you are okay  Did you get to meet Robin ??

It's 40 degrees here today :cactus: and humid with it. It's the hottest december day in eleven years according to the radio. What a great excuse not to go to work but to start prepping my 300tdi motor instead

Hi Jerryd,
Robin dropped by on the Sunday morning, and took a few pic's, but was on a tight schedule, going on to Tassie for a visit and could possibly be on his way back to U.K. by now ... Breaking news ! ! ! A chap at the British car day at the weekend was telling me about another Dormobile south of Perth, one just like mine but white, asked if the roof was the same as the Voltswagen camper, I said similar, so will investigate at the weekend... Jock ...

Hi guys,

Yes, I did manage to get over to see Jock.
Didn't have long though as my cousin had filled up our diary before we even got there - that last Sunday was "Christmas Day" at her house but I managed to get away for an hour in the morning :stars:

Pics posted HERE

Cheers,
Robin.
