Re: 3.54 Stage 1 Salisbury axle
As a mention, the Salisbury back-ends are just a narrower version of the American DANA 60 axle. Swapping ratios is easy peasy!
Theres a dearth of information on the net about D60's and I've successfully done two now, without any special casing spreader. Swap with a 110 crownwheel and pinion, the hardest part is shimming the pinion but it's just time consuming rather than complicated!
Happy swapping!
Alec.

Re: 3.54 Stage 1 Salisbury axle
I have a new (in wooden box) crownwheel for a 3.54 salisbury diff.
I bought it years ago but never used it.
Its just the crown wheel.
Anyone interested?
