Other than turn up, not really :embarassed:

If you want to camp you can turn up on Saturday afternoon, but the organisers ask that any tents must be dismantled to make room for other display vehicles first thing on Sunday morning.

I don't think caravans are allowed in the display area unless they are classics and for display in a different area (ie. not Land Rover/Military), perhaps

It's a one day show - we're usually the only group who camp the night before, apart from one or two traders.

Details HERE including exhibiter booking form (£5 per vehicle).

If you don't book in advance I think it's a little more on the gate - £6 sticks in my mind but that would have to be confirmed.
All proceeds go to charity anyway

Cheers,
Robin.

Thanks, will check the form when their site is fixed, otherwise will turn up on the day. Not sure what it yet!

Hello there web site still seems to be broken.

Maybe I'll just have to turn up on Saturday afternoon.

If we say who's going, then the campers just need to park badly (think BMW style) and shuffle up when the rest arrive.

If they are doing the show back in the school playing fields then we should be able to use the whole hedgerow length for Land Rovers, if not then we can try and save some space wherever we end up.
See you there!

Doncaster College for the Deaf, Leger Way, Doncaster DN2 6BB, UK (Opposite the race course)

And the Land Rovers usually make a line along the NE side of that hedgerow that separates the 2 pitches.

Hi guys,

I've had an email from the organisers asking for numbers for this show.
As you might know, the show was moved to the racecourse last year as it was getting too large for the School for the Deaf site - now they are back at the school site, things will be very cramped!

We normally have the full length of the hedgerow, as Patrick says, but this year they need to get 3 clubs along there :aaagh:

If you can let me know if you are coming, and which day, even if you have already applied, they will allocate the space we need.

Cheers,
Robin.
