Thank you

It is titled as a 1972 as it was a late 1971 build and then off to Dormobile for the conversion. I call it a 1971 as that is the real year for the IIA. It has the full syncro transmission but no Salisbury yet.

I picked it up earlier this month and have been driving it to get to know her needs. No real trips yet, but hoping to correct that soon.

Hi Sean,

Welcome to the list. There's a lot less snow here in California! Hopefully, we will meet up in Flagstaff for the Overland Expo. If I finish this movie (or get time off for good behavior) I will be there. I'm keen to try out my new overdrive on a long run.

Regards,
Ian

Thanks Ian, looking forward to it.

What movie are you working on if I can ask? We got 8 more inches here in Denver last night and it just started to snow again. People around here always forget that Feb and March are the snowiest months in CO.

Sean,

I'm working on "Jungle Book" for Disney. Been on it since last May. Should be good. Just need to finish it. The snow looks good in your pictures. Been a couple of years since I encountered any - actually, it was October in Colorado on the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad where I had volunteered to work for a week.

The 10am Saturday Eastbound at the top of Cumbres Pass at 10,000ft. Epic trip!

Stopped on the way back for more snow in Flagstaff and to help TeriAnn Wakeman replace her Dormobile awning. It really is a two person job.

Regards,
Ian
