Right, at the moment we can't force images to resize to something sensible. So please make sure the image you are using isn't stupidly wide, about 600 pixels is fine.

Upload your image somewhere, there are plenty of free services like http://photobucket.com

get the URL to the image, which will be something like
http://i716.photobucket.com/albums/somefolder/image.jpg

Click the Img button above, and paste the URL between the two [img] sections.

Use the preview function to make sure it's worked before Submiting

Patrick, as we've now got multiple databases available, and 50Gb space, can we set up our own gallery :?:

In theory yes we will have...but not yet.

I'm working on a better way of showing the images, at the moment they are either unrestricted, or restricted to a certain size, rather than resized

We can now attach images directly to a message, and display a small version in the message too.

Down at the bottom there's a tab for "Upload attachment" use that to select the file, then click "place inline" to get this:

Nice one Patrick :D

Can you do one with green curtains for mine?

Yep, should be easy to change curtain colour...just need to decide what shade of green you are having your curtains ( I haven't seen them yet).

If anybody fancies making more of them, a Dormobile maybe?, let me know...
