S2C Easter Camp

Post by RMS » Tue Mar 25, 2014 7:16 pm

The calendar seems to have filled out nicely for the show season - I'm not intending to go to all of the events, but the first was a couple of weeks ago (Skipton laning weekend) where just Patrick & I wild camped while the non-Campers stayed in a hotel!

The next camping event on our calendar is the Series2Club Yorkshire group Easter Camp, on Easter weekend in the North Yorks Moors.

Patrick & I are going in our Carawagons - Eberspachers at the ready as last year it was bitterly cold, and I might even have persuaded Susan (my better half & Patrick's mum) to come along :gold: However, it will depend on her completing a proofreading job............., and the weather

So, who's joining us?

Cheers,
Robin.

I have planed a road run ( with help from Neil Watterson) with some nice non damaging green lanes for Saturday, It is about 60 miles so a full tank of fuel may be a good idea on arrival on Friday ( there is a garage in Helmsly if you need to fill up first thing Sat morning). We are going to drive to Whitby on Sunday for Fish and Chips if any one wants to join us ( I think John/ Sandra and Neil want to go).
All the best Gordon
Some food for lunch :eatin: on the road run/laining is a good idea, There is a nice carpark/ viewpoint about half way round.
