Hi all
Just wondered if anyone had a fuel tank pick up pipe for a Eberspacher going spare? They are £30 on ebay and I just cannot justify that expenditure at the moment. A pick up pipe is all that is stopping me getting the heater up and running.
Cheers Mick

Re: Wanted. Pick up for Eberspacher
I happened to have a length of 1/8" copper tube which I used for mine.
I drilled a 1/8" hole through the brass Diesel return tank fitting, to the side of the return pipe, and soldered it into place.
You can get away with using a T in the Diesel pipe to the engine, though the heater pick up is supposed to be shorter than the engine pick up to stop you using all the Diesel in the tank
Hope that helps,
Robin.
