Hullo

Post by Bea » Fri Feb 24, 2012 12:53 am

Hello from 'ull',

Bea is my 1961 Early Series 2A Dormobile, probably the oldest survivor, still running with a Turner Stage 1 2.25 Petrol engine and not seduced or inflicted by a diseasal conversion.
Plenty of familiar faces in here already, hope I don't lower the tone too much!

Kind regards
Phil

Hi Phil

Good to see that you haven't sunk.

Don't mention TDi's, my gearbox is on the bench again. Snapped the Layshaft this time!!

Williams birthday today, so I guess it is kind of Barney's too, as it is 5 years since you went to get her out of that scrub?

All the best.

Hello John,

Thanks for the welcome, Yes, have been a bit of a recluse for a while, it has been an interesting 12 months or so, just trying to get some semblance of a work/life balance back and get over some health issues. If your in Hull anytime give me a shout, if you find the Holiday Inn you've found me.
Kind regards
Phil

Might be sooner rather than later Phil. I'm expecting a call from a guy in Hull anytime now and will then pop over to pick up some tat.
