Jimmy's Carawagon to be stripped!
News from one of this month's rags - Jimmy Saville's Range Rover Carawagon has been withdrawn from sale (it's been for sale for several months) as the current owner fears it could have been used for immoral purposes
The owner reports that it may be stripped, reg number changed and sold as an ordinary Range Rover with no special history.

Re: Jimmy's Carawagon to be stripped!
There are two or three which always seem to get to the LRO shows - though I'm not that impressed with them really.
They just aren't as practical as the 109 Carawagon, in my opinion.
Eg. Fold out sink or stove between the front seats
There are a few pictures and details HERE but I think Jimmy's had a double bed permanently made up
I think the current owner just doesn't think it will sell in the current climate because of the notoriety, though perhaps if he advertised it without naming who the PO was, he might get a bite
Cheers,
Robin.

Re: Jimmy's Carawagon to be stripped!
I've heard the Daily Mail are going to print pictures of the 3 women, who claim to have been touched by Jimmy Saville. The pictures will show how they looked in 1970 and how they look today. I expect the captions to read . . .
Now,then,now,then,now,then.
I'll get my coat
Now,then,now,then,now,then.
