Bracket queries

Post by jock » Tue Jul 24, 2012 7:02 am

This has me stumped  Has anyone come across this bracket before, they have the original land rover dormobile grey paint, two small lugs (that look like a table fixing) at first I maybe thought they were for taking the internal table to an external position on the vehicle, but cant find any holes that the angle was bolted to in or or on the vehicle...They were found in the sink when the dormobile was purchased...Jock ... Maybe for an awning attachment ? ? ?

Speaking of gems Jerryd, When restoring my dormobile I found this delivery docket in the stuffing of one of the rear seats, it may have been for the delivery of the horse hair stuffing for the seats themselves. Might try googling Elson & Robbins just to find out what they sell... All the best ... Jock...

Not sure what the brackets are for, sorry, but they could be something to do with either the Fridge mounting or after seeing the ticket? I wonder if they are anything to do with the Elsan Toilet Dormobile had as an option?

Look here http://www.expeditionlandrover.info/Dor ... oilet.html

ElsOn & Robbins of Nottingham manufactured the springs for Dormatic seats.
