I'm looking for a dished deluxe bonnet complete with spare wheel carrier for my 1971 Dormobile AKM 217K.

Seems there are some military versions of this in the market place but I'm looking for the civilian type which has the bracket for mounting the bonnet catch.

Alternatively I could fit a spare wheel carrier to my existing bonnet if I could find one. Would consider swapping bonnets maybe?

Can any fellow enthusiasts help me with either please?

I have one but not perfect. It has a couple of rust spots in the frame near the top/front

I suppose it depends on what your purpose is - replace a razor or to get a near perfect one

Are the rust spots just that or more severe corrosion?

My purpose is to be able to carry a second spare wheel on the bonnet.

A deluxe bonnet is already on my Dormobile but with no spare wheel carrier. I just thought visibility would be better if the spare was a bit lower down on a dished bonnet.
