My new how-to overland travel book is now available

Post by Teriann » Thu Oct 20, 2016 4:51 am

I have just activated the Amazon book sales channels for my new how-to book The Essential Guide to Overland Travel in the United States and Canada. A resource for Independent Travel and Camping. ( http://overlandtravel.us ) The book's web site includes the table of contents and a sample chapter covering trail etiquette.

As soon as Amazon updates my request the book will be available through Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it, and Amazon.es.

Well done TeriAnn :gold:

It will be worth a look, I'm sure.

Cheers,

It definitely is worth a read! I've read it cover-to-cover at least three times. Although mainly intended for visitors to North America and Canada, there's lots of advice that is applicable worldwide. The chapter on driving off-road is worth the price of admission on its own. And that's a fine-looking Dormobile on the front cover!

That's Ian's Dormobile on the cover by the way. He had a better picture for the cover than I did. But my Dormobile shows up inside the book more than his does (author's privilege) and I start the book out with my favorite Dormobile picture.
