Hello,
Just wondering, if there were a few people travelling up to the national rally near Carlisle. Would people be interested in a couple of nights low key camping after/before. There is a village near me with Camping at £4 per person per night, Children and dogs free. It's a farm that does it, no showers but toilet, water etc. There is also a Brewery, I think they do tours if there is enough interest.

There is also the first community owned pub in Britain

Which has a pool table, good beer and food.
I also know of a good spot not far away for wild camping if people so wish.
This is not a concrete plan it is just an idea i thought i'd put out there. Any thoughts?

Re: Series 2 Rally
Thanks for the heads-up
I'm not going, but I'm sure it will be useful for anyone else heading up that way.
By the way, there's an often overlooked forum section for LR friendly campsites HERE. It might be worth mentioning in there as well
Cheers,
Robin.
