Hi,
Just a quick post to introduce myself. I live in Wiltshire and have a 3 door model 80 Carawagon that I have owned for over 20 years. The last couple of years it has been off the road having the 6 cyl. replaced with a 200tdi (great improvement) and recently a semi - roof off restoration and new rubber seals put in. Not to difficult as the wood is in very good condition. The inside is having a overhaul with extra sound proofing and new carpets. Except for the cooker on the back door being replaced, some low life stole the original, the interior fittings i.e. bed, cabinets, fridge etc are, I am sure, all as was when new.
It will certainly be on the road by the end of April. Photos to follow.
Regards, dfjl
