Click on browse, find the file on your computer, then click "Add the file", it'll take a couple of moments to upload. When it's finished you can click "Place inline" to include the image in your post. If you add a "File comment" then it'll show that as a caption below the image.
Like so: Obviously this takes up space on our server, so we've had to restrict the file size, and if we run out of space then old attachments will have to be removed, which may detract from the original meaning of posts.
If you are able, setting up a photobucket (or similar) account for your photos is a better alternative. That way your photos are safe, will never be deleted by us, are accessible from anywhere in the world, and can sill easily be inserted into posts by using this bit of code:
