I've been on the lookout for a decent sized cast iron Dutch oven for a while - ideal for hanging over the firepit and just need a wipe out afterwards
I'm using a big cast iron frying pan for now, to do Keftas etc. Seems to work ok but a bit small for feeding more than half a dozen campers
Thanks for the recipes - I might be trying one or two when this year's season gets going
