New Era of Life!

Post by AntMan232 » Mon Jul 22, 2013 4:21 pm

Yay, just passed my driving test! :nana1: :nana: :woohoo: . And, as soon as I can find one of my friends with a tow vehicle and trailer, I have a 1965 Dormobile project waiting to come home, as my first vehicle! I might be slightly happy... :gold:

Congratulations. Hope you can get it home soon and get started on the work. The sooner it is done (and it won't be a quick job) the sooner you can drive it !

Yes, I will do when I eventually get it home... :banghead: It will hopefully not be too bad to get running, as it has only been off the road for 6 years. Also, I have my fingers crossed that it was last run on LPG, so the fuel lines won't be so gunked up, but that is a vain hope... I also hope that the chassis will be sound enough for a few years of running, before I replace it, as it really isn't great :stars: . Oh well! :gold:

CONGRATULATIONS!

Wish I had my Dormobile when I first got my licence. Waking up in the back of a SWB after a big night no fun!

Enjoy many safe and happy miles
