Hi,
Oh yes, I managed to get a set (5) of wheels with respectable tyres, from a 110 Estate, free, via Freecycle .... Google FREECYCLE + YOUR TOWN.
The tyres fitted also looked like they had been standing for 27 years, the three that were still inflated were bulging through the rotten canvas.
