You'll love it in a Landrover camper (Avoid peak season hot spots like bank holidays though  )

Hello. We have used shell island and as you say you can tuck yourself away a little but don't walk too far south down the coast if your prudish due to there being a naturist beach. We use glens field when we are that way on,cheaper than shell island but less facilities (Stand pipe and cemi loo)but well serviced. Denis the present owner comes round and collects his fees and is fairly easy going but again being so close to a naturist beach pick your pitch well unless you want to join in of course. Our children had many happy holidays down there and still sometimes want to come (now 25 and 27) There is a good pub within walking distance and a club chippy and shop on the site next door which is open to all.follow signs to dyffryn seaside estates just south of dyffryn ardudwy LL44 2HD as you turn right towards dyffryn seaside estates take the first right into the field and camp where you want Rovi
