Hi
I have sent a pm to a member but can’t see if it sent. I also saved a draft but can’t see how to send it once saved
Any help will be appreciated

Hi Bob,

I can't see any problems myself - I've just sent a couple of messages to a test user I set up.

Without knowing what you are seeing on your screen (are you using a PC/laptop, Mac or phone?) I can only describe what you should see:

Clicking on the Private Message link (near top right of screen, looks like an envelope), you should see the following:
Compose message
Manage PM drafts
Inbox
Outbox
Sent messages

When you send a message, it should appear in your Outbox folder.
Once the recipient has read the message, it should move to your Sent messages folder.
If you saved a draft, that should be available on Manage PM drafts.

Let me know what you are seeing, if different to that, and I'll see if I can work out what's going on.

I can’t see any message in my outbox and in manage my pm bit I saved the draft but can’t work out how to send it

Hi Bob,

I assume you are not seeing the sent PM in Sent messages?
It should be either there (if it's been read) or in Outbox.
If it's not in either, something must have gone wrong and it wasn't sent

In Manage PM drafts, click Load draft to the right of the draft title - that should open it for sending.

Ok many thanks Robin. I fear I may have done something wrong but can now see load drafts so will try again. Basically I’m trying to contact AlexB

Sorry but still can’t see any sent pms. I did the manage drafts and submitted but still can’t see if the message to Alex has been sent. It just says no messages sent etc
I am using my I phone if that makes any difference

Ah, iPhone!

I haven't got access to one, so can't test it out, but if you try to send me a PM, I'll let you know if it arrives, then we can take it from there.
