Unfortunately my lass has family issue's with her mother who is a very poorly lady, i guess i feel guilty or just stupid if i asked for help filling in the form but i am going to anyway.

I would like to spend the hole time there with my caravan just to be among friends and of course my obsession/hobby Landrovers.

I will probably get into trouble for asking for help with the form  , but bless her she has enough on her plate as it is and i am just trying to lighten the load off her.

My or our intention is to be there from the beginning to the end for two and i will pay by cheque that won't bounce, can any help with the form filling please  it will be really appreciated.

 to anybody that will help me get this form to who ever is organizing the rally, i can put a cheque in the post not a problem as long as i know who it need's paying to. I know it might seem a very strange request but my disability can be a real pain when it comes to filling in form's that to me look like a load of jumbled up words :banghead: .

To those that don't know me :embarassed: yes i feel silly for asking but my truck's are what my life revolves around and i don't want to miss this rally for personal reason's.

Catch you later. R-Rose :tiphat: .
Brad,

There’s no great hurry to get your Registration form in - there’ll be a copy in the ‘Built2Last’ Magazine, which you/your daughter could complete and send in with a cheque and then to make arrangements for your accommodation e.g. with Caravan.

The Rutland Water proposal has been received very positively by the Series Land Rover with many booking already received. Given your circumstances, I’ll add your name to an ‘expected bookings’ list to make sure there’s a space reserved in case we’d have to close further bookings to avoid over subscription.

Cheers,

John

G'day John, thank's for getting back to me, my trouble is i panic and i really don't want to miss out on this one like i have on other's due to the issue's i have.

I can't work these day's so my hobby became my savior and i treat tinkering on them as my job, to be honest since my disability decided to give me a hard time i even had to give up my HGV Class one licence.

This is when my truck's became or should i say took over my life so i now have half a dozen in my back yard i tinker with, although i can't do a lot they keep me occupied and happy. I bought my late father an 88 which he rebuilt with one hand after having a stroke, that is undergoing a bit of tinkering because i use what ever truck i am driving as a camper so i can just pull up and be at ease with nature.

Sorry i am waffling away as usual :embarassed: . catch you later. R-Rose :tiphat: .

Hi Ian,

Visited Wing Hall yesterday, but they’ve closed up reception for the Winter. So no quick answer on this one I’m afraid..

Ok, might just book in the tent and keep the Dormobile as just a L/R !

That'll be my plan then - Caranex tent with Land Rover attached!

cheers

I’m guessing some Carawagon / Dormobile / Classic Campers might prefer to coral together, given the semi-permanent nature of the camping set-up. I’d therefore aim to find a corner in field 4 where such vehicles would congregate, assuming that electric hook-up isn’t necessary..
