Well, she's finally in for the roof repairs & interior plus overdrive etc. Main Dorma roof section is now the right shape and the pop-up off for cleaning up & re-gelling. The canvas looked OK until the top was in bits, but on examination is knackered: if it's still there does anyone want it ...

I've got some steel rims that came with the Carawagon. They're tubed and not in great condition. Where should I look for ID codes etc? May only have a couple though as the others are on the 88" while it's off the road so the decent tyres aren't standing too long.

It's a shame they can't just leave the points system as is, and then change the MOT to a Historic Safety Check. The HSC can have a more sensible level of checks (ie brake balance & emissions) but more careful corrosion damage checking. Based on the current documentation, I think my Carawagon (as...

The chassis numbers had a suffix, so my 1970's are both "G", maybe they only recorded the number?
