Good to see drawings and details of the conversion, a bit of careful thought and planning always rewards with a functional end result. :tiphat:

Re: series 2 Dormobile for sale

I just fired the seller an enquiry to find out if he really does have all the parts, cooker/sink, wardrobe, bunks, etc.

Without them, he's a bit OTT on expectations..............with all the bits, I would take a punt, but just for spares.

Under threat of her getting a neighbour to take it to the recycling centre, and rain stopping outside play anyway, went to deal with it. Underneath a sele...

Re: DIY Campers

I am still impressed by the 109 pick-up, where the owner had taken a trailer tent, removed the axle, wheels and the drawbar and created his very own demountable. On site he took all of five minutes to set up and even when stowed for travel it did not offend the eye at all. Must try and find the pict...

Re: Anybody seen this one recently

I believe I read somewhere that an injury forced a rethink and that he kept one back, not too far from your old man's place actually.
There is another company started in Inverness hiring out Defenders fitted with roof tents and all the gubbins.
