Re: Where to put a fridge?
Jerrry, thats exactly what I want to do. Change the Dormobile to suit our needs as a family of 4 and be able to return everything to original if needed. Some photo's would be great for inspiration and idea's.

Re: Where to put a fridge?
I also made extra "spice rack" cupboards for both sides which are really useful additions, you do not bang your head on them either which was my first concern. I also made a copy of the original one deeper so that it can take a full 4 person dinner set plus cutlery etc with ease. I've als...

Re: Where to put a fridge?
There isn't much (if any) spare room in a Dormobile. You can lower the wheel arch under the wardrobe to get enough room for the small(est) portapotti (lift up the bottom flap / seat to get it out when required How much lower can you go on the wheel arch? If you go all the way down, then it would fo...

Where to put a fridge?
Hi all,
Where does one put a fridge in the dormobile? any ideas? I have a National Luna 50l weekender. It lives in the defender, but when that one is sold eventually it needs to find a place in Dora.
Any ideas and piccies of solutions appreciated.
Cheers,
Michiel

Re: Aux. battery & split charge.
I have a question relating to this topic…
Can you make a split charger system with the original dynamo opposed to an alternator?
I have a six pot with still its original dynamo fitted and need to install a split charger system to run my fridge.

Re: Wanted some small items
Think the kitchen unit as such is original, but the cooker is not I believe. Might be a common thing, if they go broken they are going to be replaced. Will have a dig around on ebay. Need to have a good look for other items missing, but the Dormi is not back from the garage yet. Failed MOT yesterday...

Re: Hello, new member here
That's a nice bit of kit Robin. When I get it back I will make sure I check them. I has similar issue with My last series 2. Put some new breathers in, the brass version, like the original. For use on the gearbox, transfer box and overdrive one would have to drill and tap holes? Or are there existin...
