Re: Caranex/Carawagon

Calum, I think the Caranex might fit well onto the telescopic poles. Depending on whether the Caranex is H4 or H4TL, the poles would be extracted to different lengths to ensure a good fit. The centre pole of the telescopic awning frame was originally a fixed length and would have been supplied to s...

Re: Wanted: Carawagon annex tie downs

Hmm I’m assuming they are original It has the pull out frame and the sail rack that goes all around the outside One of mine has the awning rail across the top and down the sides - the rest have the rail across the top and press studs down the sides. It's possible that someone added those afterwards...

Re: Carawagon roof supports

Yes, all of mine sit at the top of the window! There are two versions that I know of - a wider 'support in the middle, and the two narrower ones like yours, but all support the window rather than the roof. There should be a rubber seal/trim stuck to the supports, for the window to rest against. Inci...

Re: Wanted: Carawagon annex tie downs

Never seen those  Are you sure it's a Carawagon part - none of my (4) Carawagons have them, even the three with original pull out awning frames - they usually have pop studs down the side. None of the other Carawagons I've seen have them either - or not that I've noticed. Do you have pictures...

Re: Live Promotion Shows

Hi Rob, Yes, the S2C has insurance to cover any/all of their events/displays, so they just have the £10 per vehicle to pay at the LP shows. Even then, their attendee numbers were dwindling even before the charge, so if anyone is a member and has a S2/A camper and wants to attend, it might be worth c...

Live Promotion Shows

Well, the deadline for entries for this year's Peterborough LRO show is in a couple of days, and again, no interest shown  Perhaps we need to reevaluate whether we even apply for these next year? This year we have had very little interest shown in attending the 'big' shows, Driffield Spring A...

Re: Peterborough show, 14-15 Sept

Hi again, We have again been offered a show stand for Peterborough, but as yet, no-one has expressed any interest in attending! As with Driffield & Kelmarsh, there is now a cost implication at all Live Promotion shows (perhaps that is what is putting folk off  ). The insurance will cost up to...

That's correct Rob - if you are displaying a vehicle it's free

Cheers,
Robin.
