Another good looking dormobile downunder, and looks like in good condition, very nice, I think they like the climate down here, is there any history, will it stay as is, or a full resto ? Great find, Best of luck... Jock ...

Hi Jerryd,
A Land Rover mate just e-mailed me about a dormobile on ebay, it's on the mornington peninsula Vic going for $4000... Looks like the genuine thing... Might be worth a look ... Jock

G"day Jerryd, You can just see the rod rack, a beach rod and a flick for casting from the south mole Fremantle on a Saturday night, Just reverse up to the end, put the kettle on and cast a line, and watch the sun go down over the Indian ocean :wink: A Merry Christmas and Guid New Year to all......

Hi Dan, Not much to it, three pieces of ply covered with vinyl, with hinged flapat the rearto access the fuses. Not much room for a cubby hole as the wiring for the C.B. and radio are all crammed in. Still to fix a small screen T.V. to the rear base facing backwards, but still to find a type of hing...

Hi Jerryd, Robin dropped by on the Sunday morning, and took a few pic's, but was on a tight schedule, going on to Tassie for a visit and could possibly be on his way back to U.K. by now ... Breaking news ! ! ! A chap at the British car day at the weekend was telling me about another Dormobile south ...

Thanks guy's, still kicking, but it sure blew high winds and plenty of rain, we sure need the rain but not all in the one day, a few mates are getting ready for trips at christmas, but had to do a few extra cleanup chores first, and would you beleve it's to be 37 degrees to-day, and high fire alert....

Ah!! Robin, Just could not let the light thing go, had to find out what, where, and why. I now have pic's that were taken by the previous owner, before the removal of doors and wings p15.jpg But still cant fathom the front side light thing (single front light pod) that was supplied with the wings 10...
